My name is Isaac Griffin, and I own Tree Ring Woodwork.

I first stepped onto a job site when I was four years old, tagging along with my father while he ran his general contracting business in eastern Kansas. I grew up around the work, and a lot of what I know started there. He taught me to pay attention, work hard, and to build it the right way unless you feel like building it twice.

I love what I do because every project is unique. Whether I’m building cabinets, built-ins, furniture, decks, fences, or something completely original, my goal is always to build something that fits the space and feels personal to the client.

The best part of the job is seeing a client’s reaction when the project is finished. There is something pretty special about watching someone touch something that once only lived in their head.

That is what I try to bring to every project: real knowledge, clear communication, and something you’ll be proud to show off.
